It's All In The Details

Hi Everyone!

We love using the theme of an event in different areas of the venue.

One of our favorite places to add a little something is on the door that the guests will go through when they arrive.

A decorated entry door gives them a sneak peak at what they will experience during the event.

For a fiesta bridal shower, a friend of the bride hand painted the picture in the center of the wreath and decorated the foam with ribbon and flowers.  Isn't it gorgeous!

For a girly, flowery baby shower we used a purple umbrella filled with flowers we picked up at the grocery store the morning of the baby shower.

This baby boy shower them was the San Francisco Giant's so we strung a pair of baby shoes with ribbon and hung it on the front door.  We found these shoes at Target and we had some orange ribbon on hand for the party.

This life preserver was made out of a foam wreath, red and white yarn and navy stickers for a nautical themed baby shower last year.  The mommy-to-be loved it so much she took it home to decorate the nursery.

We hope this helped you come up with an idea for your next special occasion!
