FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How do I place an order?  Visit us at our website www.KDOdesigns.com or our Etsy shop KDO Designs

What is the turn around time?  Our turn times vary for each product.  Most order will take us 5-7 days to make from start to finish and prep for shipping.  Shipping can take 4-7 days.

Will I be notified when my order ships?  Yes, we will send you an email when we have completed your order and it is ready for shipping.  The email will also contain the tracking number, so you can keep tabs on the delivery status.

Do you offer RUSH requests on orders?  We do offer rush requests on orders.  This type of rush means we will complete your order faster than the listed processing time for an additional fee.  You will need to contact us to see if we are able to accommodate a rush for your order prior to ordering. Do you offer RUSH shipping?  We do offer rush shipping and we use FedEx for overnight or 2 day shipping.  The fee for rush shipping is the cost calculated by FedEx shipping.  You will need to contact us to request a rush on shipping and then we will be able to provide you with the additional cost.  You can send us a message through Etsy or email us directly at kdoccasions@att.net

Do you offer discounts?  We do offer discounts or free shipping at select times through the year.  Join our mailing list to receive early notice for all our sales, discount codes and special offers.  You can sign up here: Join KDO Designs Email list

What is your return/refund policy?  We do not offer refunds or returns on any of our products.  We do our best to get your order completed and shipped in the time listed in all our products.  We do not have any control over the shipping carrier once we’ve dropped it off with them.  If your order seems to be lost or arrives damaged please contact us immediately at kdoccasions@att.net and we will do our best to get a replacement to you in time for your event.

Do you offer refunds if I forgot to use a coupon code on my order?  No, but save it for your next order with us 😊

Do you take custom orders?  Yes, custom orders are available for an additional fee. Before checking out add this “Custom Order” item to your cart and let us know in the comment section what you would like customized in the order. Or prior to purchase you can contact us at kdoccasions@att.net to let us know what you’re looking for.

What is considered a custom order?  A color change or wording change on any product we currently have in our shop.  We are available to work with you to create a brand-new product if you have an idea of something you’d like us to create, we’d love to help bring your vision to life.  Contact us at kdoccasions@att.net to let us know what you’re looking for.

Where did you find the silver tins used in the Graduation Candy Bar Photos?  They are made by Better Homes & Garden and we purchased them at Walmart.  They come in a set of three.
